At Rancourt & Co., we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted footwear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, original condition items. Custom-made and Made-to-Order products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our Maine facility, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
