How long will it take to receive my handcrafted shoes?
Since many of our products are made-to-order in our Maine factory, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production. In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days.
Do you offer a resole service for your footwear?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive refurbishment service. We can resole your Rancourt & Co. shoes, replace laces, and condition the leather to extend the life of your investment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom 'Made-to-Order' items are subject to a restocking fee.
How do I determine my correct size?
Our footwear generally runs true to US Brannock sizing. We provide a detailed sizing guide on each product page, and we recommend sizing down a half size for unlined loafers worn without socks.
Where are Rancourt & Co. products manufactured?
All of our signature leather footwear is handcrafted by skilled artisans at our family-owned factory in Lewiston, Maine, USA.
Which leathers do you use for your shoes?
We source premium leathers from the world's finest tanneries, including Horween in Chicago and various renowned tanneries in Europe, specializing in Chromexcel, Shell Cordovan, and English Bridle.
